How It Works
A straightforward process built around clear communication, careful preparation, and prints that come out right the first time.
The Process
Start by reaching out with what you need. That could be a 3D file, a sketch, a photo of a broken part, a description, or just an idea in plain language. There's no wrong way to start — we'll figure it out together.
We review your request, assess printability, recommend the right material for your application, and send back a clear quote. If anything needs clarifying or adjusting before we begin, we'll flag it upfront — no surprises later.
Once approved, we prepare the file for printing — modelling from scratch if needed, optimising orientation, configuring supports, and dialling in the slicer settings for your chosen material. This step is where the quality is decided, before the printer ever starts.
Your part goes to the printer. We monitor every run and inspect the result against your requirements before it leaves the machine. Supports are removed, surfaces are cleaned up, and the part is checked for dimensional accuracy and finish quality.
Your order is carefully packed and shipped, or available for local pickup in Amarillo. We'll send tracking information as soon as it's on its way. Most orders ship within 48 hours of approval.
Submitting a File
The most common 3D print format. Preferred for straightforward single-material parts.
Our preferred format — preserves colour, scale, and orientation data reliably.
Ideal for precise engineering parts. Retains full geometry for clean conversion.
Accepted for organic and sculpted models. Include the .MTL file if colour matters.
Common Questions
Send us your idea — file, sketch, photo, or just a description. We'll take it from there.
