Five Steps from
Concept to Delivery

01
Share Your Idea

Start by reaching out with what you need. That could be a 3D file, a sketch, a photo of a broken part, a description, or just an idea in plain language. There's no wrong way to start — we'll figure it out together.

02
Review & Quote

We review your request, assess printability, recommend the right material for your application, and send back a clear quote. If anything needs clarifying or adjusting before we begin, we'll flag it upfront — no surprises later.

Typical response time Within 24 hours
What's included Material recommendation, price, and timeline
03
Design & Prepare

Once approved, we prepare the file for printing — modelling from scratch if needed, optimising orientation, configuring supports, and dialling in the slicer settings for your chosen material. This step is where the quality is decided, before the printer ever starts.

If you have a file We verify, repair, and optimise it
If you don't We model it from your reference
04
Print & Inspect

Your part goes to the printer. We monitor every run and inspect the result against your requirements before it leaves the machine. Supports are removed, surfaces are cleaned up, and the part is checked for dimensional accuracy and finish quality.

FAQ

Most orders ship within 48 hours of approval. Complex multi-part orders or large batch runs may take longer — we'll give you a specific timeline in your quote.
We work with a range of filament materials suited to different applications — from rigid and functional to flexible and impact-resistant. When you submit your request, tell us what the part needs to do and we'll recommend the best material for the job.
We inspect every part before it ships. If something doesn't meet the standard, we reprint it — simple as that. We'll also flag any potential issues during the review step before we begin, so you're not waiting to find out there's a problem.
Yes. If you don't have a 3D file, send us whatever you have — a photo, a hand sketch, or just a written description with dimensions. We'll model it and share the file for your approval before we print.
No minimum. We print single one-off parts just as happily as batch runs of 50 or 100. Pricing is per unit plus a small setup fee for new designs.
